Maud Morgan Arts

Named after the painter Maud Morgan (1903-1999), this art center is on Floor 1 of Agassiz Baldwin Community, a non-profit organization. The center will host ceramics classes this summer on Monday evenings from July 10th to August 28th. Students must be 18 years or older and register online. In addition, Maud Morgan Arts has an at-home ceramics program called "Handbuilding at Home;" they provide you with a 25 lb. box of art supplies and all the resources you need to make pieces from the comfort of your own home. 

Craftwork Somerville

This art studio hosts many creative workshops in nearby Somerville, MA. In addition, there is also handmade jewelry and art pieces available online for purchase. The Katherine Martin Widmer School of Painting

Also located in Somerville, the KMW School of Painting has taught people of all ages how to paint since 1979. According to founder Katherine Martin Widmer, all you need is "a little time every week and a desire to create something special" for yourself or others. The school offers ten weeks of painting classes with all the required materials included. Register today to get started on your latest masterpiece.
